Over the course of 3 sessions, we will dive deep into your health, nutrition and lifestyle. You will gain more clarity on your body-mind constitution, and get individualized insights and practical tips to integrate into your daily life depending on the season and your current needs.


With a blend of nutrition, daily rituals, lifestyle tips, gentle movement and stress reduction techniques, you will set the foundations to support and promote your well-being. At the end you will feel empowered to make more conscious choices to stay balanced and experience more vitality, alignment and ease into your everyday life.

How It Works

Phase 1
Assess & Learn

I will help you gain more clarity on your Ayurvedic constitution through a full assessment including your health, imbalances, digestion, tongue and nail analysis.

You also get an overview of basic Ayurvedic principles and start to see how they relate to your physical and mental health.

Phase 2
Ignite & Nourish

We explore  Ayurvedic nutrition and start building your personalized self-care tool-kit. Depending on your personal situation, this might include mindful eating, food and drinks guidelines based on your constitution, tips on how to support your digestion, seasonal adjustments, principles of Ayurvedic cooking. 

Phase 3
Flow & Support

We take a closer look at your daily routines and rhythms, and identify areas to prioritize. With practical tips and advice, you will learn how to add more ease and flow into you day. This might include a blend of morning and evening routines, lifestyle tips, gentle movemen, breathing practices, mindfulness and stress-reduction exercises.

What Is Included

  • Preliminary assessment questionnaire

  • 1 x 90 minute intake 1:1 session in person in Adliswil (online/other locations on request only)

  • 2 x 60 minute 1:1 session via Zoom

  • Email support in between sessions

  • Supporting documents (i.e. workbook, templates, lists, meditations, food and lifestyle guidelines)



  • 1 x 30 minute follow up via Zoom session 1 month after last session

  • Welcome package
